A 380 m, 73-storey residential tower by Muraba, designed by Pritzker Prize winners RCR Arquitectes, on the Dubai Canal at Al Wasl. It has 131 apartments of two to five bedrooms, each the full 22.5 m width of the tower. Muraba still markets units, with completion reported for December 2028.

What Muraba Veil is
Muraba Veil was announced in October 2024 as Muraba's fifth project with RCR Arquitectes, the Spanish studio that won the 2017 Pritzker Prize. The tower is about 380 m tall and only 22.5 m wide, so every apartment runs the full width of the building and has views on two sides. A stainless-steel mesh 'veil' wraps the facade for shade and privacy.
There are 131 apartments of two to five bedrooms. Amenities reported at launch include a spa, a restaurant, an art gallery, a padel court and a private cinema. Muraba's own page also describes rooftop pools, a majlis and an underground 'oasis' wellness space.
The project is still selling. There is no sold-out notice on muraba.ae, and Muraba's sales team was promoting it in October 2026. Muraba does not publish prices online. The AED 18M starting price reported at launch in 2024 has not been updated officially, and later listings show two-bedroom units for less.
