Ellington Properties is a Dubai developer known for design-led residential projects, with communities in areas including MBR City, Dubai Islands and Business Bay.
It moved into commercial property with Eaton Square in MBR City (announced August 2025) and Berkeley Tower in Business Bay with Al Hamra (announced October 2026). A large master community at Al Yalayis has been reported but not officially launched.
