Aldar Properties

Aldar Properties is listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and is the master developer behind many of Abu Dhabi's best-known communities, including on Yas Island and Saadiyat Island.

In 2026 it launched Talay at Marsa Al Saadiyat and Yas Riva Reserve on Yas Island, and it has said a new villa and townhouse community in Dubai, with Dubai Holding, will launch by the end of the year.
